It’s surprising, after having the advisors in-house, just how much we overlook and how much they notice. Many things are quite hands-on, and much seems obvious, yet somehow, we simply don’t see it ourselves. We made a list of things we could improve on. It even got a bit fun when they organised a knowledge quiz focused on our daily work—it may sound straightforward, but it was actually very enlightening. There’s a strong sense of professionalism, but there’s also room for humour and light-hearted comments.
