When 4selection works with your sister companies we work with a common professional foundation. One could say that using the same professional foundations as everyone else would make us more popular, but we are trying to collect more angles, develop the search and selection platform and design new ways of working to obtain the best result. In this way, we’re probably are different.
We have a very big responsibility, we choose people, it requires high professionalism.
We place a great deal of focus on efficiency, time, money and targets, both internally and externally, such those are related to the tasks we solve for the customers we serve. We see diversity and the ability to be different; as something exciting. It often requires more work and courage, but it doesn’t stop us from having the desire and energy to work differently and to view a situation from multiple angles.
All humans are different, and even many jobs have the same title they are not always the same, like the company culture, the management style, the tasks can be different, and not even the same task is the same all places. In our world, the key is to find a candidate matching the full needed amount of talent, so that we are sure that the candidate can get success in the job.

We have set up different community forums for three different groups:
1. CEO / MD, President and Chairmen;
2. Human Resources Management professionals;
3. Finance professionals.
It is completely free and we are building these three forums at an international level. It is an internet forum set up with group function, forum functions, WIKI features, chat and profiling option.
