It was an exciting time; we had ten hours together. I learned a great deal about myself, including how to talk about who I am and what I can do—it’s actually quite different from what I expected. The job market can be confusing, but the process was organised, and I was provided with tools and clear guidance. They know a lot about Asia and the differences within the region, which impressed me greatly. There is a great sense of kindness throughout.
