What a fabulous Headhunter to work with! Although my timing was not entirely in sync this time, I would be honoured to have 4selection helping next time also. We made our own search program as we do the Interview internal, and the final price was on about 30% of what we normally pay (Finance will start to adore me). It is as they say; you get what you pay for! I was impressed, they don’t do ATS, they read it all, and I learned a lot about talent and how to evaluate it.
