I have had the chance to be led by the instructors in the outplacement area twice in my career and it had been such a joy both times. Constantly full of unconventional methods in coaching/mentoring, and yes they show you ways no one would think on, and this gives results. Extremely approachable which allowed space for constructive discussions. Hope to cross paths again in the next future!
