It was a good dialogue we have had with you, we have also learned a lot about “the concept of talent”, and not least found out what we really wanted. It was especially your more solid focus on the behaviour and attitude of the candidates that we found interesting, as well as the thorough evaluations focusing on whether the candidates could be successful in the position.
