Our outplacement process is developed since 2006, and yes; it is very different, our work is based on what it takes to get a new job, developed by psychologists, anthropologists, media/text experts, recruitment and talent acquisition experts, recruiters and headhunters. Our process is also in an ever-changing process, we actually update it many times a year, as the way to get a job shifts – technology continues to evolve like social media also changed communication. In the last years, the method of looking for jobs also have been indirect changed by the new data law.
It is hard work to get a new job in 2021, so it is even more critical your material is correctly made. And in 2021 it’s just not about what the company need, but also how you place yourself in focus. The new technology also brings a new tool on the marked – recruitment filtration system also named as applicant tracking system (ATS), so some will ask how do I work with this system, and this we too will learn you.
We have promises to mention that 4selection global Selection & Search do not use those systems as we not yet have seen a system that we feel is doing the job correctly, but it does not change the picture – that 68% of the companies in one way or another use this applicant tracking system (ATS).
We do also see a bigger interest to develop Human Resources Management to do recruitment in a more structured way. It is not getting easier today to be a name on the shortlist, but we have many tricks and ideas about how you can work with this.
We have some different ways to work with us, we have a packet, 1, 2 or 3 months running. We also offer new clients a short talk about what we can offer, and you also have the possibility to book our advisors for 2 hours at a time.
