July 03, 2019 5:38 AMWASHINGTON (REUTERS) – The US Commerce Department said on Tuesday (July 2) it would impose duties of up to 456 per cent on certain steel produced in South Korea or Taiwan that are then shipped to Vietnam for minor processing and finally exported to the United States.
