A new HR concept, focusing on Talent Management

We have used 4selections expertise to build a new HR concept, focusing on Talent Management. They managed to deliver a whole creation and implementation in just 11 months, and all wishes were met. We reduced the recruitment time from 4-5 months to 3-4 weeks, we cut the staff turnover rate to half and this while they implemented new systems and created new habits. Now the salary part is related to performance. What I like also is the local knowledge, so solid expertise from the nine countries they worked with (China, Malaysia, Myanmar, Laos, Thailand, Singapore, Hong Kong, Vietnam and Cambodia), it does it a lot easier. It was a period with so many things happening, in a tight timescale, but everything came in place – even before time, and we felt strongly guided and safe, they are very committed and very persistent, and they are adjusting to our wishes.

Probably the single most exhilarating interviews

Probably the single most exhilarating interviews/talks I have ever come across. Hugely friendly personable open and helpful, and although details that I would have liked to be given to me I went away with a feeling of very deep and wide orientation about the role, numerous ‘real life examples’ of what daily life like and what one could expect. In short, I have to say probably one of the top 10 interviews I have been through in my life (and those are many).

Webinar for Hiring Managers

It is 2 x 45 hefty minutes. I arrived a little late – technical problems – I’m sorry, but many we were, 22 is a nice amount. But it is a hectic program, but there is also time to ask, or you can ask in the chat. It was a little tricky for some to get back to the webinar after the break, but it is their fault. The outcome was great, and it is also kind of funny – out of 22 joiners, 11 nationalities were there. Hello Africa.

Danish & The EU Data

Inspired network meeting, 3 excellent hours, we learned something new, got talked together, and fun to see those “you just heard about”. Good tuna salad sandwich, spicy. And then only DKR 99,- including food and a glass of vine. Interesting topics Danish … & The EU Data Protection Agency (DDPA) Requirements, so super relevant but also so many things to do. But they are funny people and when we did the Q&A, you can win a chocolate bar.

What a fabulous Headhunter to work with! Although my timing was not entirely in sync this time, I would be honoured to have 4selection helping next time also. Very dedicated

In my 18 years in the HR World, I have dealt with many hiring firms, and for the most part, the experiences were bad, I’m sorry to note that here. However, dealing with 4selection was very different. I am impressed with the quality, and you get a lot more than normal. We wanted it to go very fast, so we got a “2 x speed packet”, it’s very simply 4selection just place two teams on it, and the first candidates we received after nine days. We do the interview internally, and here you pick (and pay) what you need. Results: You get the candidates fast, we spent about half of normal, and they delivered seven fitting candidates CV. You perhaps feel they ask many questions, but when you see the profile, you will understand why.

More time to live the life

Definitively a great team of professionals

What I like are honest and near connection with both sides, the candidate (which was my case) and the company. They communicate more with you, ask you more direct and relevant questions, is what I feel. It is the first time some use the time to ask me: “What task I’m most happy to work with” or explain the importance in the key tasks.  This is the first time I worked with 4selection. I was welcomed with open arms

I called 4slection, and started with: “You placed me a few years back. I wanted to check in with you as I was thrilled the last time we worked together and I would like to see if you have anything that might fit me again”, and I was welcomed with open arms, and after one click I was in the talk with Christian my old Headhunter. We had three meetings on Skype, and I got some emails with some questions I answered. 15 days after I was to the first, second interview with the company and now I start next month in my new CEO role based in Vietnam. It is another type of meeting you have. They use more of the time listen to what you have to say, then a new question is asked, and here we sit and drink green pear tea with ginger in a comfortable soft, deep sofa, and you can hear the birds in the garden, and the sun from the window make shapes on the table. I’m impressed with the many available hot and cold drinks you can choose from on the trade placed on the table; they even have ice cubes for you and cookies. The oranges come from

It was as always inspiring to have your advisers visiting; we happily welcomed Patrick and Mikkel on a visit.
As a retailer, we are excited about what we can do better, and we laughed a lot at the experience in one of our stores. Around the world

We meet your team around the world. Our HR team had a recruitment meeting in Bangkok with Oliver. 3 days after we meet again in Singapore for training sessions. Difficult can be easy

I have been so busy; I work professionally with marketing, was quite hesitant to attend, but after the first meeting it was clear that it is something entirely different whey you want to present yourself, EVERY word has a value, and the art is to get the right impression that “shows me” – its lots of work, but now I got it – with you guys help. It must have taken so long time to make those concepts. So exciting to the first invitation to interview is arriving in the inbox.

Training and reward

We have had the full senior management team on an island in one week, defining business culture, company target – all of it. One of the last interviews in a series of 3. Probably the most interesting interviews/conversations I’ve ever experienced. Enormously friendly, accommodating, open and helpful, and although I would have liked to have gotten details that I would have liked to have gotten, I left feeling very deeply and broadly informed about the role, many “real life examples” of what daily life was like and what to expect. In short, I have to say that this is probably one of the 10 best conversations I have been through in my life (and that’s a lot).

We had a high energy and a great desire to even try to lie these competence, knowledge and skills cards. Exciting when something so complex can be made so obviously simple, we’ve never seen that before.
