Job Description

With direct reference to the CFO:

Duties and Responsibilities
Preparation of invoices in the key company;
Keeping track of accounts receivable in 3 companies;
Assist in reviewing monthly and quarterly financial statements;
Participate in reporting of key figures;
Ensures financial data is entered correctly and accurately;
Based on data analysis, provides informed recommendations regarding appropriately structured funding for specific projects;
Maintains knowledge of market conditions identifying new development opportunities based on changes and developments;
Records numerical and financial data to produce financial records;
Enters journal entries to debit and credit company accounts;
Generates accounting and audit reports for cash receipts, payables and receivables, expenses, and profits and losses;
Reconciles and reports discrepancies or problems found in financial records;
Facilitates the successful execution of asset-based deals.

Competencies, knowledge and skills

Thorough understanding of structured work with a focus on finance and accounting;
Excellent oral and written communication competencies;
Ability to understand and advise on financial proposals;
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills;
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
Strong analytical and problem-solving competencies;
Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and analysis of financial data;
Have experience with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
