What is the best application?
The most important thing is that you secure your application and that your CV or resume presents you, your competencies and skills, theoretical background, and professional experience in the most professional, positive light. We believe the best application provides a presentation of you as a person! Please don’t place focus on your CV if it is on 1 or 6 pages; we will read it all; it is an important part of our job. In reality; it’s very simple, the more you tell us about yourself, the better we can evaluate you.
“We are humans who read your application and curriculum vitae; it is NOT read by an applicant tracking system (ATS).”
What should my CV/Resume include?
A CV/Resume can be built on 100s of ways. We would like to see you build your CV/Resume from this model:
We suggest that you build your curriculum vitae or resume with information from every position you have held, including information about the position you had and your references there (name and position). Also include the period during which you were employed (enter any day, month, year, and life to date) and the tasks for which you were responsible. Expand on the tasks that are particularly interesting to you. Also, describe what you got out of being employed in the given company/position, and tell us a little about the company.

The studies are changing continuously, so it is important that you tell us what your particular study contained. Enter the place of study and the period specified (dates of study start to finish). Please also define what line or key projects you worked on. Let us know what you liked the most about being in the study, and tell us about what you thought was the most valuable part of studying at the studio.
This is a very important element. We would like to know more about your personal competencies and skills. You can either speak with your friends or ask about how they see you related to competencies and skills. It can be tricky, as not many know what competencies and skills are or how to define them.
Another way is to talk with us about getting a personal psychological analysis, We are also certified users in the Jung Type Index. Psychological analyses are defining some key competencies and skills.
The last idea is to look out for some of the training courses we run for our clients and candidates, where we train in the concept and understanding of the definition of talent.
It is becoming more and more important to be able to communicate with proper language skills. We ask that you, please clearly describe which language(s) you can read, write, and speak, and at what level you can work with these language(s). Split knowledge into the categories of understanding, speaking and writing. If you have taken specific language courses or training, please enter this information. Describe the factual language level for each language training/course.
Here, we recommend that you clarify which programmes and software systems you have worked with, and at what level you are proficient. Enter clear examples. Any training is also not this in. If it’s a very complicated programming course, please explain more and the level.
We suggest that you include as a minimum:
Full name;
Address;
Zip code and city;
Country;
Private phone number;
Cell phone number;
Private email address;
If you have a driving licence (which may be important for some jobs);
Your flexibility related to housing and work;
Tell us if you are going on holiday or on a business trip within the next 2–3 months.
We suggest you place that information at the end of your CV, not at the top, use this space for your summary! We will find it.
