In instances where a client is unable to attend a scheduled session, advance notice is required. Failure to provide notice may result in the forfeiture of the session without rescheduling. Clients who wish to cancel their programme entirely are encouraged to contact us promptly, though refunds will not be issued once the service has begun due to the personalised nature of our support.

We are fully committed to protecting client confidentiality and upholding GDPR standards. All personal information shared throughout the course of the programme is treated as strictly confidential and is used solely for service delivery. Clients may choose to use a nickname for virtual sessions to maintain anonymity, and no client information will be disclosed without prior consent. All client data is securely stored in accordance with Danish data protection regulations, ensuring that privacy and confidentiality are maintained at all times.

The cost of services will be provided in advance, and all payments must be completed before the initiation of services. Payment is required within 10 days of receiving the invoice. Non-payment may result in the cancellation of scheduled sessions or the discontinuation of services. Our services are non-refundable once commenced, as they are customised for each individual. Clients are encouraged to contact us before purchasing if they have any questions about payment terms.

Our advisory services are provided with the intention of supporting each client’s career journey, though outcomes may vary based on personal effort and external factors. We are not liable for any direct or indirect losses, damages, or setbacks that may arise as a result of following advice or recommendations given during the programme, except where liability cannot be lawfully excluded. The responsibility for applying any guidance rests with the client.

To maximise the benefits of our services, we expect clients to take an active role in their programme. This includes preparing for each session and dedicating time to any suggested activities. Our role is to provide guidance, but clients are responsible for implementing strategies and engaging fully in the process. Success is often a reflection of the effort put into the programme, and we encourage a proactive approach to achieve the best results.

For private clients, Danish consumer law provides a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase if the service has not yet begun. However, by agreeing to start the service within this period, the client waives this right of withdrawal once the service has commenced. Since our services are customised and require significant preparation, any early termination initiated by the client after the service has started will not entitle them to a refund.

Our services for private individuals are centred on personalised advisory support, focusing on career development, job search assistance, and outplacement services. The exact nature and scope of services are determined based on each client’s needs and will be clearly outlined upon engagement. We strive to provide a supportive environment for each client’s career progression; however, it is important to understand that the client’s active participation is essential to achieving positive outcomes. We do not guarantee specific results, as success in career transitions is influenced by numerous factors.

If unforeseen events such as natural disasters or technical disruptions prevent us from delivering services as scheduled, we reserve the right to reschedule or adjust our services accordingly. In the event of a prolonged interruption, we will discuss alternative options with the client to ensure a satisfactory resolution.

These terms are governed by Danish law, and any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Danish courts.
